Andechs shop

The following terms and conditions rule the business relationship between the Andechs shop and its customers.

Completion
For all contracts closed between us and our customer  the following conditions are explicitly recognised with each order.
All our offerings are completely non-binding. Orders are valid only after our written confirmation.

Prices
All prices are in euros. They see themselves as gross prices including
the current value added tax and packaging costs. The respective value added tax is declared on the invoice.

Delivery
The minimum order value is 15 €. The delivery is completed in Germany (nationwide) according to the selected delivery mode of the order. Any risk is being transfered to the buyer as soon as the product leaves the Andechs shop. The delivery is completed as soon as possible. The delivery of the desired items takes place in the order they have been ordered and while stocks last.

Payment
The payment is made according to the payment mode selected when ordering the product.
Our invoice amounts are gross prices. There can't be made any discounts.

Retention of title
The goods remain in our property until the full payment has occured.

Right of return
The buyer can return the received product within two weeks without giving a certain reason.

The deadline begins as soon as the product has been received . To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send back the products on time.

Please note that we only accept original packed, unused and undamaged goods back.

The buyer has to cover the costs of return for products up to a value of  up to 40 €. From a value of  € 40.01, the return is at the expense and risk of Andechs monastery brewery. The return has to be to:

If the goods are damaged or otherwise deteriorated, the buyer has to replace the value of the goods and the resulting loss.

Complaints
We are constantly striving to ship only proper goods. Complaints of defects of any kind must be completed within 8 days after receipt of the goods.

Privacy
The personal data transmitted to us is exclusively for order processing and management of the business relationship. This data will not be passed to third parties. We have resigned from the use of so-called cookies on all aour pages. 

Place of performance, jurisdiction and applicable law
The place of performance for deliveries and payments and jurisdiction is Andechs. For the contractual relations between the contracting parties, only the German law is valid.

Severability
Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be ineffective or unenforceable or will be, the validity of the remaining provisions are not affected. In such case seller and buyer rather undertake effective or enforceable provision to this body to bring the spirit or the purpose of the provision to be replaced as far as possible into consideration.
