Andechs Monastery’s encompassing cultural program has attained a reputation which goes far beyond the Greater Munich Metropolitan Area and Bavaria’s borders. The concert offerings and poetry readings in the Monastery’s Fürstentrakt and in the Florian-Stadl continue to draw an ever-increasing number of attendees.
From among the list of program suggestion cited below, we would be pleased to put together a suitable program of background events and activities not only for meetings and commercial or business groups but also for personal, private festive occasions.

Overnight Accommodation Possibilities
Fifteen rooms are available in the visitors’ section of the Monastery with toilet and shower facilities in the hallway. In order to retain the modest, monastic character of monastery life, and to encourage guests to avail themselves of opportunity for contemplation and peace, the rooms are kept very sparse in their décor.
We will be happy to arrange for room reservations in nearby hotels in all price categories for you or your group.
